Peace, Security & Social Cohesion
Based on her belief that music is the best vehicle for communication, Coumba Gawlo initiated the concept of «Le Chant Des Linguère» as a committed artist, goodwill ambassador for several institutions and NGOs, as part of its constant struggle for the scrupulous respect of the rights of women and children. Coumba Gawlo has thus mobilized renowned African singers, around the main theme «culture at the service of peace, security and social cohesion» and on other issues.
